How To Personalize Your Gift
Step 1 : Choose Your Leather Color
The first step in the personalization process starts with the leather. You can choose from 4 veg tanned full-grain hides. Every engravable product we offer uses the same base materials, so you never need to worry about different accessories matching.
Step 2 : Send Your Artwork
Almost anything can be engraved on our products. This includes any font from Adobe Font Library, your logo, and even your own handwriting or drawing. You can send your artwork and/or text through Etsy messenger or email. Check the FAQ below for the best format to send.
Step 3 : Choose Your Position
Pick where you would like your artwork engraved by picking the coordinates on the grid. Each product has a unique grid and a legend key to pick your engraving position accurately. All of our products can be engraved on both the front and back.
Step 4 : Approve Your Mock-up
In this example:

Color : Tobacco Leather
Artwork : “Daydream” (Adobe Font)
Position : 2RV (Front Cover)
You will receive a mock-up within with 12-24 hours for approval. Don’t be shy if you need anything changed, just let us know what you would like altered and we’ll send you another mock-up until it’s perfect.
+ How Do I Send My Handwriting?
- Use white paper with no lines.
- Use dark ink to write what you would like engraved.
- Take a picture directly over the paper in good lighting or use a scanner if you have access to one.
- Send the picture in a JPG, PNG or PDF format.
+ What Is The Best Format To Send My Logo?
- Vector files for best quality. (SVG, ESP and AI)
- High resolution raster files atleast 1000px and higher. (JPG, PDF and PNG)
- Avoid sending logos that have gradient shading, cross-hatch shading is ideal.
- A one color flat logo/artwork is best for engraving.
+ Can You Engrave Different Colors On The Same Product?
No. The laser engraves by burning into the leather or by removing the top layer of materials like aluminum, wood, and paper card stock. Whatever color is beneath the top layer, is what the engraving color will be.

We usually ship orders within 1-3 days of your mock-up approval. If you placed a bulk order, we will provide you with a custom lead time.
+ How Long Does Shipping Take?
USA : Domestic orders should arrive within 1-5 business days.
INT : International orders should arrive within 1-2 weeks depending on the country.
+ What If My Order Gets Lost Or Damaged During Shipping?
We will replace your order at no extra charge if the tracking saids it's lost. If the order is damaged during transit, just email us a picture for proof and we'll send out a replacement. You're in good hands.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for personalized orders.
